After dealing with the root cause of the problem, that is the best time to come up with a short term goal and long term goals for weight loss. You can use the S.M.A.R.T. model for motivation. S stands for Specific, M for measurable, A for attainable, R for realistic and T for time bound. By following this model, you can come up with a concrete plan towards effective weight loss.
