Insurance Marketing Strategy – Reinvent Your Strategy

Many insurance agents make the mistake of simply following what other agents are doing themselves. If you want to be an effective insurance agent, you have to do a lot more than this. After all, there’s a lot more to selling than just copying and pasting, so to speak. You have to have your own style; reinvent your strategy if you have to.

For example, you have to do a quarterly audit review of the service being offered by your affiliates. You should do more than just look at the service of others involved in the insurance business by perhaps extending the knowledge to your clients.

When you are marketing an insurance product, you are usually provided with brochures to show your potential clients. However, these brochures can sometimes look so generic, that they almost instantly turn off clients. Why not make your own newsletters, then, one that feature success stories and photos, among other things? Surely, your customers will be thrilled to know that the product you are selling has already changed many lives and they will be motivated to buy your product as well.

Keeping people interested is key to making a big insurance sale, and you cannot do this if you use the same sales pitch as the other insurance agent or if you use the same boring company brochures.
So reinvent your strategy, and win more clients!
