5. Watch for progress. If you are truly attempting to better yourself by managing your anger, you should be able to see this happening as the days go by. Are you making as much progress as you would like? Do you still have a long way to go? Although you may not make large strides in a short period of time, if you are persistent everything should begin to fall into place.
